Roman I. Avdeev

"Born in 1967 in Odintsovo, Moscow region. In 1996 graduated from the Lipetsk State Technical University (qualification - design engineer), in 1994 - from the Moscow International University of Business and Information Technologies (major -banking). In 1999 he was awarded a Degree in Engineering Sciences.

Mr. Roman Avdeev purchased the Bank in 1994 and has remained its sole ultimate beneficial shareholder. Apart from the Bank, Mr. Avdeev has diversified interests in agriculture, timber and textile industries and real estate development projects, but still considers CBM to be his principal and most promising asset."
