Sandy Vaci
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Born on June 22, 1957 in Hungary. Educated in Canada, holds a BSc. from the University of Victoria and an Honours Degree from the Canadian Securities Institute. Member of the European Financial Management Association (Paris), the Lafferty Advisory Board (London).

An international banker with 30 years experience across 50 countries on 4 continents. Mr. Vaci started his career at Procter & Gamble in North America and held increasingly senior positions at Royal Trust of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Citibank Global Consumer Bank, Raiffeisen International etc. He held Management Board positions at Citibank, was a Permanent Delegate to the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen International, was Executive Director at 3-i Inc. Strategic Consultancy and Chief Vice-President in The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Currently is a Partner - Board Practice at Leaders’ Den, a UK-based Global strategic consultancy, Expert Advisor in 10EQS Knowledge Exchange (Switzerland), Senior Adjunct Professor in Business School of the Central European University (CEU) in Hungary and Romania and President of Hungarian Respiratory Patients’ Society. With CBM since 2008.

Richard Glasspool
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 27 May 1956 in United Kingdom. In 1978 graduated from the University of Manchester, gained Bachelor of Arts Honors. In 1983 became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Began his career in the auditing company Arthur Andersen&Co in London and was Finance Manager in Amersham International plc, Financial Controller in Extel plc thereafter.

For 17 years he worked at KPMG, taking up the post of adviser on Russia, Poland, Bulgaria and the Middle East, a partner at KPMG Bulgaria, a partner at KPMG Russia and CIS; was a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Board of «RESO Garantia». Also was a Non-Executive Director; Head of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Sobinbank.

At present holds position of Director of Bowker Glasspool Consult Ltd. and Non-Executive Director in Offshore Group Newcastle Limited. With CBM since 2008.

Genadi Lewinski
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 24 November 1976 in Kiev, Ukraine, educated in Germany, graduated from the University of Bielefeld with a degree in legal studies in 2003. In 2006 was admitted officially to the Bar.

Also received Special Education in Corporate and Trade Law. He has built up a prosperous law firm over the past four years. Genadi Lewinski is a sworn-in interpreter and an authorized translator from German, Ukrainian and Russian languages.

Mr. Lewinski is a member of the Advocates’ Chamber of Hamm and German Bar Association.

Mustafa Boran
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 1 January 1969 in Kayseri, Turkey. In 1992 graduated from Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey. Also accomplished his postgraduate studies in Policy Economics at the University of Illinois (USA).

Mr. Boran started his career at the Undersecretariat of Treasury of the Republic of Turkey in 1993 as an expert. Having occupied progressively responsible positions, he became Chief of Division at General Directorate for Foreign Direct Investments in 2000. In 2004 he moved to the Directorate General for State Economic Enterprises (SEEs). From 2006 to June 2010 he was Deputy Director General and Deputy National Authorizing Officer (NAO) with the Directorate General for Foreign Economic Relations negotiating, managing, implementing and evaluating EU-funded programs in Turkey and selecting projects for financing. Mr. Boran also served as a member of the BSTDB Board of Directors for Turkey in 2006-2009. Currently occupies position of Vice President Banking in BSTDB.

Roman I. Avdeev
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 17 July 1967 in the City of Odintsovo, Moscow region.
Was Chairman of the Supervisory Board since August 1999 till January 2008. Member of the Supervisory Board since January 2008.

Alexander N. Nikolashin
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 16 October 1966 in Moscow.
Member of CBM’s Supervisory Board since October 2008.

Anton R. Avdeev
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 26 February 1988 in Odintsovo, Moscow region. Since 2010 has occupied position of Member of the Supervisory Board. Currently acts as Vice-President of Corporate Client Directorate.

Nikolay V. Kosarev
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born on 10 November 1950 in the City of Elektrostal, Moscow Region. In 1973 graduated from Moscow State Institute of Irrigation Engineering. Later got a degree of candidate of economic science.
Since 2001 Mr. Kosarev has been a Member of the Federation Council of the Russian Parliament, being the representative of the Tambov Regional Duma.
Since 2004 has been Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

Vladimir A. Chubar
Member of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1980. Graduated from the Financial Academy in 2005, major –Finance & Credit. With CBM since 2004. Responsible for Financial Division, Treasury Department, International Business and FI Division and IT Department.
