Alexander Nikolashin joined CBM in 1994 with security experience. Being in charge of the Bank's retail business, legal work, branch network operation, HR service, cash collection and security services, he sticks to a principle chosen back in childhood – ‘be strong’. "My ideal is my parents. I’ve always wanted to be firm as my father, a true man. And that’s what I try to instil in my children", tells Mr. Nikolashin.
Now his main goal is to take the Bank to a new, higher level. Alexander Nikolashin foresees no difficulties on his career path: "All problems are solvable, there’s nothing we can’t handle. The more challenging, the more interesting". He finds it much harder to stay the same person in the whirl of business life. "Time makes you tougher. Business has no place for pity. But still it’s always necessary to keep to the principles of integrity". As for emotions, they are welcome: "I support my employees with good spirits and a smile".
Alexander Nikolashin spends his free time with his family and seeks to devote more time to his children: "Me and my son, we play football and hockey, and all together we go cycling, like travelling. Recently, we visited Rome, Venice and Prague. Would be good to return to France".
